ed Comunicación Legal is a team specialized in advising law firms and solving their communication and marketing requirements. We work together with our clients on corporate communication, brand positioning, and submissions to the main international rankings, among others. ANITA ENCINA
PARTNER / FOUNDER

Holds a graduate degree in Journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a Master’s in Strategic Communication Management with mention in digital technologies, from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain.
Her vast experience in strategic communication is oriented towards improving the prestige and reputation of organizations.
Most recently, she has been serving as Director of Communications, Extension and Outreach at the Universidad del Desarrollo's School of Business and Economics, for which she formulated and implemented a communications strategic plan.
She is a specialist in social media and websites management, and keeps a close connection with the main local media.

FRAN DOMÍNGUEZ
PARTNER / FOUNDER
​
Holds a graduate degree in Journalism, and a Master’s in Philosophical Thought, both from Universidad de los Andes (Chile). She has spent the last fifteen years handling corporate communications, social media, as well as setting up strategic guidelines and marketing plans. She was in charge of the Development, Budget and Strategy of the Communication School of Duoc UC, and of the marketing and communications of Acción Emprendedora, among other organizations.
She was a partner of Wink, a legal communications agency that provided advice to law firms, focusing both on their corporate identity and in media management.

She is a professional photographer, and has a Postgraduate degree in Multimedia (IDEP, Barcelona), as well as a Diploma in Digital Marketing (Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile). CAROLINA GÓMEZ
CHIEF EDITOR
She holds a graduate degree in Journalism, from Universidad Finis Terrae, a Master’s (C) in Editing and Publishing from Universidad Diego Portales, and previously finished Law School (Universidad de Chile). She was Head of Communications at the Faculty of Business and Economics, at Universidad Diego Portales.
​
As former manager of the law firm Vergara Fernández Costa and Claro Abogados, she was in charge of external communications and of submissions to Chambers & Partners and Who's Who Legal rankings. She helped position adequately the firm and some of its partners, for the first time.
​
She spent several years as corporate communications manager for companies in the agri-industry and wine sectors, and as chief editor of AmCham Chile’s (the American Chamber of Commerce in Chile) monthly business magazine in English.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), as well as Portuguese (spoken and read), she is a specialist in legal, financial, accounting, and wine industry translations for companies in the local market, as well as for LA Language, based in Los Angeles, California.
